Istanbul – Mesa Cadde

Mesa Cadde project that is built by the cooperation between Mesa, Caba and Aslan Adi firms is a residential project that rises in the heart of Maltepe. Maltepe district is located in the Anatolian side of Istanbul, a newly popularized location and an area which is on high demand. The availability of residential features such as central heating, heat cost allocators planted in each unit and balcony options increase the demand upon the residential units in the project.

The project contains 253 residential units which is equivalent to 11.669 sqm land area used for this structure.
